Exchange & Returns Policy – near wild heaven

We want you to love your near wild heaven products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our returns and exchanges work.


Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us for a refund.


Returns & Refunds

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items unless they are faulty.
  • Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an unopened product for another, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement product is a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or arrange additional payment.

Return Postage

  • If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover return postage costs.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund your return postage in addition to your product refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@nearwildheaven.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll put it right as quickly as possible.


How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@nearwildheaven.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Repackage your item securely (unopened and in original packaging where applicable).
